VALIDATION OF THE DEBT-HELP considered "frivolous" by Applied bank card?
I recently asked a validation of debt is loaded into an account and have disputed with CRA before and still been in what is valid. What I wanted was to pin point the date of the crime and that amount paid on the last payment. I wrote a letter of debt validation sent certified. Got a response from the company stating that the information we want is "frivolous" in accordance with federal regulations because they could not show enough information. Letter claims that seem to be working with a credit repair agency, I have not been and claim the money I'm giving them could go to repay the debt. HAHAHA. Trying to validate the amount owed and is supposed who owns it, since I've been receiving collection notices from another company. Anyone with good advice?
I agree, is a loss. Without knowing if you sent the DV within 30 days from the first contact, if you saw the account that appears on your credit reports, etc, you can read about the following point, and if you like, make it your own to send back to them. Use italics for emphisis in everything I've marked with quotation marks. Put your own information with everything you've marked with <> Your name Your address Your name Your address Date Greetings, Regarding the letter sent by the Credit Repair Calendar 2011
